Woman practicing gentle breathwork

Breathwork for highly sensitive nervous systems.

For highly sensitive women who feel chronically overstimulated, internally "on," and find it difficult to truly rest. Grounded, precise, body-based regulation.

Scroll to Breathe

When the body never fully discharges, small things accumulate — and life feels heavier than it should.

Invicta Breathwork works directly with the nervous system. It is trauma-aware, paced, and containment-focused. We do not force emotional expression or relive trauma. Instead, we help the body learn to downshift and settle.

Who This Is For

  • You feel easily overstimulated by everyday interactions, environments, or emotional undercurrents.
  • Your body remains alert even when your mind is tired or wants to rest.
  • You notice subtle shifts — in tone, energy, or mood — that others seem to miss.
  • You take in more than you can easily discharge, and it accumulates over time.
  • You are deeply feeling and perceptive, and that sensitivity often comes with exhaustion rather than ease.
  • You respond best to work that is attuned, precise, and responsive to your system’s signals.
  • You are looking for support that respects your sensitivity as a capacity, not something to override or fix.

The Approach

Trauma-Aware Pacing

We move at the speed your nervous system can meet. The work is paced in real time, allowing sensation, emotion, and breath to unfold without forcing or bypassing.

Regulation First

Release is welcome when it emerges organically. Regulation provides the ground that makes release sustainable, integrated, and safe for the nervous system.

Facilitated Holding

Each session is actively held by the facilitator. The container is guided, responsive, and attentive, so you don’t have to manage the process alone.

Containment

The work takes place within a clear, steady container. Whatever arises is met without pressure, performance, or urgency to “fix” or resolve.
